You draw up a tight schedule and ensure that everyone — from engineer to technician — knows what needs to happen when.

• You steer sharply on scope, budget, and quality and monitor the project margin.
• You lead the project and progress meetings with a clear agenda and concrete action points.
• You anticipate risks and resolve bottlenecks before they escalate.
• You are the quality guardian who ensures that every delivery meets the strictest standards and certifications.

You are someone who maintains an overview and takes responsibility.

• HBO (Higher Professional Education) working and thinking level
• IPMA-D (required)
• Experience with project management in a technical environment
• Strong insight into budgets, planning, and KPIs
• Demonstrable affinity with Safety & Security solutions

• Knowledge of network protocols and IT infrastructure in relation to building-bound systems.
• Experience with projects where strict standards (e.g., NEN2535, EN54) and certification processes are leading.
• Experience with managing multiple (sub)disciplines and partners within a single project.
