  • Making the entire mechanical installation of a building more sustainable.
  • Replacing control technology within Rabobank real estate.

Facts & figures

  • 36 hours per week.
  • 3 types of technical improvements: revitalization, sustainability, and replacement of control technology.
  • Over 48,000 Rabobank colleagues worldwide.

Top 3 responsibilities

  • Investigate the technical and practical feasibility of the project assignment before the design and execution start.
  • Determine, together with technical specialists, the most sustainable approach for renovations and mechanical installations.
  • Plan the activities, monitor quality and budget, and ensure that projects are delivered according to agreement.

Together we achieve more than just

We believe in the power of differences. It is precisely by combining the differences of people that we become an even better bank. We are therefore curious to see what you can add to our Technical Projectmanagement team.

'Working at Rabobank means working in a fun, close-knit team that works together on various beautiful projects and a wide variety of installations.'

Patrick Sligte, Technical Project Leader.

The 10 colleagues of Technical Projectmanagement carry out larger maintenance projects and renovations within Real Estate & Smart Workplace. Collaboration and management are our way of working here; as 1 goal-oriented and expert team within Rabobank.

Work on yourself & the world around you at the same time

For us, your development and that of society stand side by side. That is why we want to invest in you and work together on a better world. We summarize that in one sentence: "at Rabobank, you work on yourself & the world around you at the same time."

You see this reflected in your own development budget, our hybrid working environment, and a good balance between your work and your home. In addition, you can work on banking matters for our private and business clients, but also on societal issues such as the food and energy transitions.

At Rabobank, we work on a culture in which everyone can feel welcome. We value differences and use them to work together better and make better decisions. We do this step by step, with attention to what is going well and to what we can still improve. By being open to different perspectives, we build an environment in which colleagues feel heard.
