For our Open Field Projects team in Assen, we are looking for a Supervisor who makes the difference in execution. Someone who is visibly present on location, knows how to connect people, and ensures that projects are realized safely, efficiently, and successfully. You are the link between the project manager and execution. You maintain an overview, lead experienced technicians, and are a strong interlocutor for customers.

As a Supervisor, you are the one who ensures that everything comes together. You translate project plans into successful execution and ensure that people, resources, and planning are optimally aligned. You can regularly be found at project locations, maintain contact with clients, and lead technicians and senior technicians. In doing so, you continuously keep an eye on safety, quality, progress, and results. Additionally, you recognize commercial opportunities, contribute ideas for improvements, and steer towards a healthy project margin.
