Corporate Recruiter

Good technical professionals are scarce. That is why you do not wait for candidates to respond on their own, but actively search for the right people. As a Corporate Recruiter, you guide the full recruitment process for multiple Business Units: from intake, search, and selection to offer and a smooth handover. Additionally, you build sustainable relationships with students and educational institutions. You organize campus activities, connect young talent with our technology, and ensure a strong influx of interns, graduates, and starters. In this way, you connect today's labor market with tomorrow's talent.

You are genuinely interested in people, know how to get others enthusiastic, and get energy from connecting talent to opportunities. You switch easily between candidates, hiring managers, students, and educational institutions. You take initiative, maintain an overview, and see opportunities to further develop recruitment and campus recruitment.

You will be given the space to further develop recruitment within Actemium, with a combination of corporate recruitment and campus activities. You will work closely with your fellow recruiter, HR Business Partners, business unit general managers, and colleagues from various Business Units.
