• At least a completed Bachelor (HBO) degree 
• IPMA-D (minimum required) 
• Experience with project-based working and project planning 
• Strong financial insight (budgets, margins, KPIs) 

• Solid IT background in building-related solutions (think security, networks, integrations – not office automation) 
• Experience with multidisciplinary projects

Within the Business Line Key Accounts, you work with high-end clients on complex, custom Security & Safety solutions. No standard projects, but multidisciplinary trajectories where technology, IT, and operations converge. 

You are the one who brings overview where others drop out. 

• Full control: from kick‑off to delivery 
• Monitoring scope, planning, budget, and quality 
• Actively managing risks and commercial interests 
• Navigating complex stakeholder fields 
• Leading multidisciplinary teams 
• Ensuring correct delivery (incl. As‑Built documentation) 
• Organizing progress and alignment 
• Working according to safety and quality standards
