Recruitment Marketeer

You don't reach good technical professionals simply by posting a vacancy online. You must know who you are looking for, where to find those people, and how to get them enthusiastic. As a Recruitment Marketeer at Actemium, you combine recruitment with campaigns. You ensure that our vacancies get the attention of the right target audience and that our efforts contribute to the influx of new colleagues.

As a Recruitment Marketeer, you work for multiple Business Units and translate their recruitment needs into targeted campaigns. You determine the target audience, choose the right channels, and drive results. Together with your recruiter colleague, HR Business Partners, colleagues from Actemium Brand, and external partners, you further develop recruitment marketing. You are given the space to test ideas and make campaigns increasingly effective.

• You have a higher professional education (HBO) level of work and thinking, preferably in Marketing, Communication, or a similar field.
• You have experience with recruitment, recruitment marketing, employer branding, or online marketing. Above all, your interest in recruitment is important.
• You know how to set up and optimize online campaigns, for example via LinkedIn, Meta, and Google.
• You combine creativity with an analytical eye and use data to improve campaigns.
• You communicate easily, take initiative, and know how to involve various stakeholders in your approach.

You are given the freedom to further shape recruitment marketing within Actemium. You work together with recruiters and other colleagues on campaigns for diverse technical target groups and see directly how your work contributes to the influx of new colleagues.
