Within the Blerick Community Team, we are looking for a new colleague psychiatrist.
Within Gebiedsteam Blerick, we join forces for clients with diverse psychological complaints. We do this in an inclusive way: Together in a diverse, multidisciplinary team, care is provided in various ways (outpatient, ambulatory, and using the FACT methodology) for almost everyone who needs it. This usually involves multiple complex problems. Think of (a combination of) severe psychiatric disorders (including anxiety and mood disorders, trauma, and psychosis), personality issues, and neurobiological developmental disorders in clients from both urban and more rural living situations.
As a psychiatrist at the Blerick Community Team:
You perform diagnostics, during an intake, consultation, home visit, or crisis assessment.
You draw up treatment plans in collaboration with the client, whereby you, in the role of lead practitioner, bear ultimate responsibility for the implementation and progress of the trajectory.
You treat, based on the treatment plan and in collaboration with the treatment team. You monitor the progress of the treatment and, if necessary, make adjustments.
You contribute to multidisciplinary consultations regarding clients, work, and team processes.
You actively participate in the development of the treatment policy.
(You can play a role in) the training of AIOS (resident psychiatrists).
You, just like all your fellow psychiatrists, participate in the on-call services, both during and outside of office hours.
You further develop yourself to.... (we would love to discuss this with you!).

This inclusive way of working translates not only to the clients and the type of complaints we treat, but also to the composition of our team, the activities, and the inclusive collaboration in which you will find your place as a psychiatrist:
The team consists of a colleague psychiatrist, clinical psychologists, a clinical neuropsychologist, a master psychologist, a systemic therapist, (social psychiatric) nurses, a mental health educator, a cognitive behavioral therapist, and administrative staff.
We are an open and involved team, in which people think along with each other in a safe and constructive manner and there is room for everyone's own development.
We work eclectically, which means we utilize or combine different evidence-based methodologies. Regarding psychological treatments, this can include CBT (and related forms), EMDR, NET, ACT, SFT, DBT, and cognitive strategy training, whether or not within the framework of FACT and/or GIT-PD.
