Do you get energy from connecting people and finding balance between demand and availability? As a flexpool planner at VIGO, you are the central point of contact for our flex workers and the team leaders of our departments. You maintain the overview, take control, and ensure that our departments can always count on the right deployment.

Our team needs your heart

In this role, you manage the flexpool of Vincent van Gogh. You know the flex workers personally, build sustainable relationships, and serve as their fixed point of contact. You maintain contact with departments and team leaders, collect shifts, and make the right match between demand and availability.

You work on monthly schedules, holiday planning, and register leave and sickness. You ensure an accurate roster and monitor the quality of all administrative actions. You identify bottlenecks, set priorities, and maintain an overview, even when it is busy.

Additionally, you conduct job interviews, interim interviews, and evaluations with flex workers, so that you know well what they need and how they are doing. You carefully record actions, decisions, and handovers and work precisely. You move within the frameworks, but dare to deviate from them when the situation calls for it.

• You possess mbo+ level of work and thought and enjoy taking initiative.

• You keep a cool head in a dynamic working environment and know how to deal well with changes.

• You maintain easy contact with flex workers and team leaders.

• You work accurately and have an eye for detail, even during busy moments.

• You have experience with planning processes; experience with ORTEC is a plus.

• You know how to weigh the interests of the team and the organization well against each other.

• You set priorities, think ahead, and quickly make connections.

• You communicate clearly and work pleasantly with others, both independently and within a team.

In addition, we offer:

• Depending on your education and experience, you will receive a reward according to the cao-ggz in FWG 45: minimum €3,180 and maximum €4,273 gross/month based on full-time employment (36 hours).
