Staff Planner | 32 hours | Venray

You will create healthy schedules, keep everything up-to-date, and ensure our employees are in the right place. With your experience and eye for detail, you will ensure everything runs smoothly. Your role as a staff planner?
As a staff planner at VIGO, you ensure that everything behind the scenes runs smoothly. You are the linchpin in the scheduling process and ensure that colleagues are in the right place. You take their availability, qualifications, and wishes into account. Concretely, this means you:

• Prepare, maintain, and deliver work schedules in a timely manner for Vincent van Gogh.

• Schedule employees efficiently and as optimally as possible and communicate clearly about this.

• Maintain all administrative processing such as leave, sickness, etc.

• Identify, resolve, and discuss bottlenecks with managers.

• Contribute to optimal and good cooperation within the planning team.

To be successful in this role, you recognize yourself in the following:

• You have an MBO+ work and thinking level and an enthusiastic, proactive attitude.

• You possess strong numerical insight and can think strategically.

• You have experience with planning processes and preferably with ORTEC planning software.

• Experience with planning in healthcare is a plus

• You are stress-resistant and solution-oriented

• You are communicatively skilled, both orally and in writing.
