  • You work closely within a multidisciplinary team in which different expertises come together and everyone's contribution is valued.

  • You monitor the quality and continuity of care and are given the space to make substantive choices based on your professional responsibility.

  • You remain professionally sharp through collaboration, intervision, and sharing knowledge with dedicated colleagues.

  • participating in multidisciplinary consultations and fulfilling the coordinating role as a lead practitioner

  • performing psychiatric diagnostics, pharmacotherapy, and appropriate psychotherapeutic treatments where suitable

  • performing parts of the intake procedure as a lead practitioner

  • fulfilling periodic on-call duties during office hours

  • monitoring the quality and coherence of the treatment

Where you are going to work

Connection is the core of how we work. With clients, with each other, and with the profession. You will feel that conviction from the very first day.

Care to Change has locations in Amersfoort, Amsterdam, Haarlem, Hilversum, Rotterdam, Utrecht, and Zeist.
You work within an organization with dedicated professionals who collaborate across different disciplines on complex care questions.

As a psychiatrist, you work together with other lead practitioners, talk therapists, occupational therapists, case managers, and medical secretaries. Together, you ensure a careful treatment process in which everyone's expertise is utilized.

The lines of communication are short and there is room for substantive coordination with colleagues from different disciplines.
