  -Youth Care Worker C (hbo with SKJ registration) in scale 8: €3,055 - €4,537 (excl. holiday pay, unsocial hours, and year-end bonus).
  -Youth Care Worker D (mbo level 4) in scale 7: €2,922 - €4,176 (excl. holiday pay, unsocial hours, and year-end bonus).

We are looking for professionals who prefer to work at our location in Zetten, where young people receive intensive guidance and treatment within JeugdzorgPlus. As a flexpool employee, you can also work at all our other locations (Apeldoorn, Arnhem, Deventer, Harderwijk, Neede, Nijmegen, Okkenbroek, Vaassen, Veenendaal, and Zutphen).

As a Youth Care Worker within the Flexpool, you constantly step into new situations. That is precisely where your strength lies. You know how to quickly connect with young people, colleagues, and the working methods of a location. Whether you work a single shift or support a team for a longer period, your presence makes an immediate difference.

Although you are deployable at various locations within Pactum as a flexpool employee, your preference is for our location in Zetten. Here, you will work with young people with complex support needs within both JeugdzorgPlus and the 3-environment groups in open youth care. This requires resilience, courage, and a strong pedagogical foundation. In the small-scale groups, you will be given the space to truly make a difference for young people. The combination of the dynamics of the flexpool and the specialist target group makes this position challenging and varied.

Your team, your place
Your preference is to work at our location in Zetten, but in addition, you can also be deployed at other locations. This way, you combine the challenge of JeugdzorgPlus with the variety of the Flexpool.

No two work weeks have to be the same. It is precisely that variety that makes the work challenging and educational. You will get the chance to become acquainted with different methodologies, teams, and target groups, allowing you to continue developing yourself as a professional.

Within the Flexpool, we look together at what suits you. Do you prefer working with a specific target group, or do you want to gain as many different experiences as possible? Together with your manager, you will discuss your wishes, talents, and ambitions. We take these into account as much as possible. Additionally, your schedule is known six weeks in advance, so that flexibility and clarity go hand in hand.
