Become an important part of the VIGO team as a Functional Application Administrator in Nijmegen. You support effective and affordable care with a focus on innovation. As a Functional Application Administrator, you primarily manage client-related applications such as the Electronic Client Record: Care4 and the Electronic prescribing and administration registration system: Medicheck.

What you'll do

In the role of Functional Application Administrator, you and your colleagues are responsible for managing and optimizing our client-related applications within Youth Care, including Care4, Octopus, Medicheck, and Multisignaal. If you have experience with one or more of these applications, you will have a real advantage. You will have a prominent role in new digital initiatives, strive for process optimization, and enjoy sharing your knowledge. Our organization is dynamic and rapidly developing, which means you will regularly be involved in various projects.

How you'll work

Your base location is Nijmegen, but you will sometimes also work in the Venray region and, by exception, in Zetten. Naturally, there are also possibilities to work from home in consultation!

Requirements

HBO level of work and thinking, with experience or affinity with functional application management (BiSL / DiD)
An analytical, inquisitive, and investigative attitude.
The confidence to tackle issues independently and propose solutions.
The ability to understand processes and translate them into appropriate digital solutions.
Strong collaboration skills and a self-organizing working style.
Affinity with change processes, digitalization, and process optimization.
The ability to assess the feasibility of solutions and provide clear advice on them.
An eye for adoption, knowledge transfer, and careful documentation of processes and work instructions.
Interest in actively contributing to projects and initiatives that make the organization future-proof, alongside application management.

As a Functional Application Administrator at VIGO, you and your team are responsible for the management and further development of our applications. You ensure that everything runs smoothly and contribute ideas for improvements. Your role is versatile and dynamic. Additionally, contact with healthcare providers and the care administration of Pactum forms an important part of your function.
