The role

description

Do you want a permanent position and a permanent team, with the certainty of a good employer?

That is possible, and your irregularity allowance continues as usual. A Sunday shift yields up to €44.43 per hour.

This assignment runs for a longer period, 24 to 36 hours per week, at one location in Vught. You will become part of the team. No changing faces, no constant re-onboarding.

You will hear from us within one working day. Always, even if it is a no.

It saves us both time: without a completed diploma in healthcare or welfare, we cannot do anything for you. Our clients simply will not place you in a group then. Which diploma you need is listed under Is this for you. A foreign diploma counts as soon as Nuffic or IDW has evaluated it.

What you will do

The activities take place within a clinical forensic addiction care setting where clients reside with complex issues in the fields of addiction, psychiatry, and behavior. Within the department, treatment, guidance, and support are offered 24 hours a day. The target group requires professionals who bring calm, offer clarity, and can act professionally in situations that are sometimes unpredictable or challenging. Work is carried out within a multidisciplinary team where collaboration, safety, and recovery are central.

As a sociotherapist, you play an important role within the daily treatment and living environment of the department.

  • Guiding clients individually and in group settings.
  • Conducting conversations as a personal guide.
  • Guiding group moments and activities.
  • Monitoring group dynamics and safety.
  • Identifying behavior and underlying issues.
  • Reporting observations and progress.
  • Supporting clients in recovery and behavioral change.
  • Collaborating within a multidisciplinary treatment team.

You build a bond with the same clients and you see the results of your guidance. You work according to a schedule that you know in advance.

You will be employed on a secondment basis by GOED. and work for the client. Your salary, your contract, and your guidance are managed through us.

What you earn

  • Salary in accordance with CAO Mental Health Care, job group 50: €3,560 to €4,716 gross per month at 36 hours. Amounts as of July 1, 2026. Scaling depends on your diploma and your experience.
  • 8.33% holiday allowance, 8.33% year-end bonus, and irregularity allowance: 22% in the evening, 44% at night, 38% to 49% on Saturday, and 60% on Sunday and public holidays. A Sunday shift therefore yields up to €44.43 per hour.

How it works when you apply

  1. You submit your application. Short and powerful is fine.
  2. You will hear from us within one working day.
  3. You schedule your own online introduction, at a time that suits you.
  4. In a follow-up interview, we will discuss your wishes and your experience.
  5. You will get access to your own GOED. environment.

  7. You choose your first shift.

What else you get

  • Your BHV (Emergency Response), administering medication, and aggression regulation are free of charge, provided by GOED.academy.
  • A contract with fixed hours and a schedule that you know in advance.
  • One permanent position, so that you truly get to know your clients.
  • Holiday pay, vacation days, travel expense reimbursement, and pension accrual.
  • If this assignment ends, we will look for the next one. You do not need to apply again.

Does this suit you?

  • A completed HBO degree in Social Work, SPH, MWD, or GGZ-agoog.
  • Experience or affinity with GGZ (mental health care), addiction care, forensic care, clinical care, or complex behavioral issues.
  • You are communicatively strong, can set clear boundaries, and can create a therapeutic living environment.
  • You work with a focus on recovery and simultaneously maintain an eye for safety and structure.
  • You can act in a de-escalating manner in challenging situations and can observe, analyze, and discuss behavior.
  • You build professional relationships with clients and work well within a multidisciplinary team.
  • You are willing to work irregular shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • You possess a certificate of good conduct (VOG) or are willing to apply for one.
  • Experience with HIC departments is a plus.
