MST therapist HELDR | 28-36 hours

Are you that psychologist/educational psychologist/family worker who gets enthusiastic about treating young people and their systems when complex issues are present? Do you like working outreach and do you strive to let young people grow up at home as much as possible? Then come strengthen our team as an MST therapist in the North and Middle Limburg region!

• We are looking for a colleague for the North and Middle Limburg team;

• You have at least a relevant HBO degree (SPH, Social Work, SPV), but preferably a relevant WO degree (psychology, educational psychology);

• A number of years of work experience, preferably with families, is a plus;

• You are BIG or SKJ registered or have the possibility to obtain this registration;

• If you meet the requirements of the ZPM (care performance model) to also be allowed to treat 18+ clients, this is a plus;

• You possess a driver's license and a car;

• You have knowledge of and experience with performing behavioral therapeutic and system-oriented interventions; You are flexibly deployable, adapted to the needs of the families, and are willing and able to participate in the 24-hour availability service.

• You have sharp analytical abilities, remain calm under pressure, and switch effortlessly between young people, parents, and the broader network.

• We hold quality in high regard; you will follow the 5-day MST basic training and a booster training 4 times a year from a consultant from MST-Netherlands;

• Contract in consultation, where you have the choice between 28-36 hours. The minimum number of hours for the position is 28 hours;

• Contract for one year with a view to a permanent contract upon good performance;

• A pleasant and close-knit team, where you are supported by colleagues and MST-Netherlands

• A suitable salary in accordance with CAO GGZ, FWG 60. The salary amounts to at least € 4544,- and at most € 5901,- (based on 36 hours, depending on your education, knowledge, and experience; entry scales are included in this).
