As a healthcare team manager, you provide direct leadership to healthcare professionals working in the home care teams, together well representing approximately 65 FTE. You manage a team of (district) nurses, home caregivers, and nursing assistants who provide care in clients' homes daily. Together with your team, you are responsible for delivering qualitative and person-centered care in the home setting. You are visible and approachable, both to your team and to clients and collaboration partners in the neighborhood.

You will actively work on important themes such as hourly deployment and absenteeism. Of course, you are not alone in this. You work closely with your fellow team managers and the support services. Additionally, as a team manager, you are co-responsible for the development and translation of tactical to operational policy and you have the budgetary responsibility you need to be able to manage.
