Requirements

What we're looking for

It saves us both time: without a completed diploma in healthcare or welfare, we cannot do anything for you. Our clients simply will not place you in a group then. Which diploma you need is listed under Is this for you. A foreign diploma counts as soon as Nuffic or IDW has evaluated it.

  • A completed HBO degree in SPH, HBO Nursing, or Social Work.
  • A valid SKJ or BIG registration.
  • Experience with outpatient assistance and systemic work.
  • Knowledge of or affinity with methodologies such as IAG and cognitive behavioral therapy.
  • An independent, proactive, and result-oriented working attitude.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to switch gears quickly.
  • A calm and professional attitude, even under pressure, with which you offer clients the necessary peace and security.
  • Experience within psychiatry is a plus.

Pay & benefits

What you'll get

  • Salary in accordance with the CAO Mental Health Care, job group 55: €4,000 to €5,294 gross per month for 36 hours. Amounts as of July 1, 2026. Scaling depends on your diploma and your experience.
  • 8.33% holiday allowance, 8.33% year-end bonus, and irregularity allowance: 22% in the evening, 44% at night, 38% to 49% on Saturday, and 60% on Sunday and public holidays. A Sunday shift therefore yields up to €48.13 per hour.

The role

Do you want to guide families in their own home environment, with a fixed team behind you?

This assignment runs for a longer period, 20 to 36 hours per week, from an outpatient treatment team in Vught. You will become part of the team. No changing faces, no constant retraining.

You will hear from us within one working day. Always, even if it is a no.

What you'll do

You will work within an outpatient treatment team that offers specialist care to children, adolescents, and families with complex psychiatric and psychosocial issues. The target group consists of children and adolescents from 0 to 18 years, and up to 23 years in the case of a mild intellectual disability. This may include neurobiological developmental disorders, trauma, attachment issues, personality disorders, or a mild intellectual disability in combination with psychiatric conditions.

You will work largely outpatient and visit families in their own home environment. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with, among others, GZ-psychologists, psychiatrists, and other practitioners. The treatment is focused on recovery, strengthening the family system, and increasing the developmental opportunities of the child or adolescent. Within the team, there is much attention to professional development, intervision, and collaboration.

You will work according to an individual treatment plan and support families in breaking patterns and strengthening their own resilience.

  • Performing outpatient family treatment and home visits.
  • Observing behavior and family interactions and translating observations into appropriate guidance.
  • Drafting, implementing, and evaluating treatment plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
  • Applying methodologies such as systemic work, IAG, and cognitive behavioral therapy.
  • Collaborating with colleagues, referrers, and other involved healthcare professionals to provide the best possible care.

You build a bond with the same clients and you see the results of your guidance. You work according to a schedule that you know in advance.

You will be employed on a secondment basis by GOED. and work for the client. Your salary, your contract, and your guidance are managed through us.

What else you get

  • Your BHV (Emergency Response), administering medication, and aggression regulation are free of charge, provided by GOED.academy.
  • A contract with fixed hours and a schedule that you know in advance.
  • One permanent position, so that you truly get to know your clients.
  • Holiday pay, vacation days, travel expense reimbursement, and pension accrual.
  • If this assignment ends, we will look for the next one. You do not need to apply again.
