Manager Accounts & Customer programs

• You have a completed HBO or WO degree, preferably in logistics, economics, or technical business administration.
• You have 5 to 8 years of relevant work experience in account management and in managing a team, preferably in a logistics working environment.
• You have knowledge of relevant information systems, such as WMS, ERP, and MS Office, and an affinity with (production) logistics and/or supply chain management.
• You are strong in relationship management and stakeholder management.
• You possess an excellent command of the Dutch and English languages.

As Manager Accounts & Customer Programs, you will make a direct contribution to the further growth and professionalization of Rhenus Warehousing Solutions. You will be part of the site management team and will be given the space to truly make a difference within the organization through your vision, leadership, and customer focus.

You are responsible for the account management of an important customer and for the joint customer program. In this role, you will bring structure and direction to a challenging project portfolio and ensure that joint ambitions are translated into concrete results. Thanks to your knowledge of logistics and assembly processes, you can assess projects sharply and realize them successfully, with an eye for quality, efficiency, and commercial value.

The customer is central to everything you do. You build a strong and sustainable collaboration, think proactively about opportunities and improvements, and know how to exceed expectations time and again. In doing so, you work closely with an account manager in your team.

With your leadership, you inspire and develop the team, while steering sharply on the Key Performance Indicators agreed upon with the customer. You connect people, stimulate ownership, and realize results in an environment where quality and customer satisfaction are central.

You support the account manager in commercial decision-making, for example regarding deviating price agreements, and identify opportunities to further expand the collaboration with existing customers. Additionally, you play an important role in solving complex issues within medical customer environments. In doing so, you always seek the right balance between customer value, feasibility, and return.

In addition, you manage your own customer portfolio, building, strengthening, and sustainably developing relationships. Your ambition is clear: to positively surprise customers, create long-term partnerships, and contribute to the further growth of the account.
