What will you do as an Absence and Disability Insurance Claims Handler

Our Absence/Disability Insurance (hereinafter: AOV) team is growing and we are looking for a colleague who makes a difference with courage and empathy. You are the point of contact for the insured, even when the conversation is challenging. You provide clarity, guidance, and confidence.

What will you do?

• You will have contact with the insured via telephone and/or email;

• You will assess whether a claim on the insurance is possible according to the policy conditions;

• You will engage experts such as occupational experts and medical advisors;

• You will calculate reimbursements based on income or annual turnover;

• You will provide support and guide the claim process from A to Z and ensure that everything happens in a timely and correct manner together with your colleagues.

As an Absence/AOV Claims Handler, you are communicatively skilled, empathetic, decisive, and accurate. Furthermore, you have a good command of the Dutch and English languages, both orally and in writing.
