Night shift in the Netherlands

During your shift, you take on an important role. You begin the evening with a handover, so you know exactly what is happening and where your attention is needed. You are the point of contact for residents, monitor the day and night rhythms, and ensure a warm, safe atmosphere in the house. If you are woken up, you respond calmly and decisively. In the event of emergencies, you take initiative and consult with the on-call service if necessary. In the morning, you carefully hand over your findings to your colleagues so that the transition to the day goes smoothly. Your work is about more than just being present. You are the one who gives residents confidence, who remains alert, and who contributes to their well-being with a warm heart. Your working hours are from 21:15 to 08:45. This role offers you the freedom to combine work with studies, family, or another job, while still making a meaningful contribution. Support is provided to 24 residents at the protected residential location. These are mostly WLZ/WMO clients (adults and youth) with a diversity of psychiatric vulnerabilities. The team is very diverse and consists of over 16 colleagues. Thus, you are the fixed face and point of contact for these clients, and it is possible to offer targeted support during the recovery processes of these residents.

Additionally:

• Do you have a relevant, completed MBO education at level 3, or are you in the third year of your HBO or WO studies.

• In unexpected situations, you are able to act in an appropriate manner.

• You have a BHV certificate (Emergency Response). If you do not have this yet, we will facilitate it.

• Do you have experience with or a strong interest in working with people with psychiatric vulnerabilities.

• Do you have a BHV certificate or are you willing to follow this training via Kwintes.

• A good salary between € 2,735.- and € 3,560.- based on 36 hours (CAO GGZ, FWG 35).

• Your first contract is a temporary contract. If we are happy with each other, your next contract will be for an indefinite period.

• In addition to the statutory 8% holiday allowance, you will receive a year-end bonus of 8.33%, and at Kwintes, we offer a balance budget of €1000 gross per year pro rata to your employment.

• An excellent pension scheme in which Kwintes contributes 50% and the possibility to lease a new (electric) bicycle.
