BBL Coordinator

Ensuring that students can learn effectively in practice and that everything surrounding it is well organized. That is what gives you energy.

As a BBL Coordinator at HulstFlier, you are the connecting factor between students, workplace mentors, schools, and the organization. You ensure that everything surrounding BBL trajectories is well organized: from guidance and administration to training and certifications.

No two days are the same. One day you are sitting with a student to discuss their progress, the next day you are coordinating with a trainer, arranging a training course, or applying for a subsidy. You maintain an overview, switch easily between different parties, and independently take on improvements or new projects.

In this role, you coordinate the BBL trajectories within HulstFlier and ensure that everything surrounding students, training, guidance, and internships runs smoothly.

• You are the point of contact for BBL students, guiding them, answering questions, and monitoring their development

• You maintain contact with schools, trainers, and workplace mentors

• You monitor progress, absenteeism, and agreements regarding work-study contracts

• You coordinate with workplace mentors and identify where guidance could be better or clearer

• You schedule training such as VCA, BHV, and vocational courses and monitor certifications and validity

• You apply for subsidies, follow up on them, and handle the associated administration

• You support the onboarding process and other administrative HR tasks related to BBL

• You visit network, recruitment, and internship markets and coordinate the posting of internship vacancies in collaboration with recruitment

• You independently take on practical improvements and projects regarding BBL, guidance, and training, and ensure that involved colleagues remain engaged

• You think along about how we can further develop BBL, training, and guidance and help in elaborating practical agreements and training policies

You do not need to be an experienced specialist in the field of policy yet. With us, you get the opportunity to further develop yourself in this area.
