D365 Finance/F&O product owner

Are you an experienced D365 Finance/F&O Consultant who likes to look beyond just the technical implementation? At Scholt Energy, you will get an important role in our transition to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance. You will help us select the right implementation partner and subsequently guide the configuration and implementation of the new platform.

After the implementation, your role will further develop towards IT Business Partner. You will become the connecting link between Finance, IT, and external suppliers. You understand the processes and needs of the organization and translate these into concrete, future-proof solutions. In doing so, you advise stakeholders on system changes, integrations, and improvements, and you monitor the coherence between processes, applications, and data.

In addition to D365 Finance, you will eventually also have other applications within the supporting departments in your scope, including HR and Legal. For this, you will develop a clear application vision and roadmap, determine priorities, and monitor the quality and progress of changes. You will also guide test and release processes and ensure good documentation and clear communication towards users, management, and suppliers.

You work closely with colleagues within Finance, IT, and other departments. You are a substantive sparring partner for the business and know how to bring different interests together. You independently take the lead in complex projects, maintain an overview, and ensure that decisions lead to reliable and workable solutions.

• A completed HBO or WO degree in Computer Science or a similar field
• At least five years of experience with D365 Finance/F&O implementations
• Experience with migrations from Exact, AX, or Oracle
• Experience within international finance organizations
• Knowledge of integrations with billing and ERP platforms
• An independent position in relation to potential implementation partners
• Experience with Agile/Scrum is a plus
• Good command of the English and Dutch languages
