For the innovative Medido platform, a dynamic and crucial phase is now beginning: a large-scale international rollout and continuous technological development within various European markets.

• You work closely with the "Product Manager Hardware" (as a representative of the Service Product Management team) to translate market needs, hardware adjustments, and the long-term vision into a concrete R&D roadmap.

• You are responsible for the management and prioritization of the backlog and sprint input. In doing so, you constantly make the right trade-offs between product innovation, preventive maintenance, reducing technical debt, and operational requirements, with the goal of a realistic and effective sprint cycle.

• You detail user stories, acceptance criteria, and risk analyses (risks) for multidisciplinary development teams, focusing on both embedded software (bare-metal C, Python) as well as mechanical components and housings (primarily injection molded plastics).

• Working hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.

• Working method: Hybrid working is possible, on the condition that work is performed in the office at least 3 days per week.

• Demonstrable and successful experience as a Product Owner in a combined hardware and software environment.

• You have a technical background in one of the disciplines, such as: embedded software development (bare-metal C, Python), mechanics, or injection molded plastics.

• Strong communication skills and a talent for broad stakeholder management: you are the connecting factor between the business (SPM, Product Manager Hardware), R&D teams (firmware/mechanics), Supply Chain, QRA, and cloud/DevOps teams.

• A pragmatic "Can-do" attitude when faced with conflicting priorities, always driven by quality, reliability, and patient safety ("Customer first").

• Excellent command of Dutch and good communication skills in English.

• Experience within medical devices or regulated markets is a strong plus.
