You will steer our Data & Analytics team toward data-driven success and take Scholt Energy to the next level!

As Team Lead Data & Analytics, you will lead a team of data professionals and play a key role in making the organization data-driven. The team of driven data professionals consists of: Data Engineers, Data Analysts  and a Product Owner Data Platform. Together, you will transform data into valuable insights that contribute directly to the success of Scholt Energy. • Completed education in Computer Science/Data Science/Computer Engineering. Additionally, you have at least three years of leadership experience.
• In-depth knowledge of data architectures, big data technology, and Azure cloud.
• Experience with Databricks, Azure Synapse, and technical roadmaps.
• The ability to build strong, well-balanced teams and motivate people in an inspiring way.
• Experience in leading and coordinating daily activities at a high level, combined with a solid role as a sparring partner.
• The drive to stimulate data-driven working and make insights widely accessible within Scholt Energy.
