Product Owner Digital Customer Platform

What will you do as Product Owner Digital Customer Platform?
As Product Owner Digital Customer Platform, you are responsible for one of the most important platform teams within Independer. You provide direction to the digital foundation of Mijn Independer 2.0 and translate complex technical issues into a clear product vision, clear priorities, and concrete results. With your work, you enable secure, reliable, and scalable customer interactions and create the basis for personalization, AI solutions, and future digital services. Without this role, the technical foundation upon which new customer functionalities are built would be missing.

Specifically, you will be working on:
You work at the intersection of product development, architecture, security, data, and engineering. In doing so, you will be involved in, among other things:

• Defining and communicating the product vision for the Digital Customer Platform.

• Prioritizing the backlog in collaboration with architects, tech leads, and other stakeholders.

• Driving developments surrounding digital identity, authorizations, customer identification, account management, and personalization.

• Realizing the integration of new platform services, including CIAM solutions, and monitoring technical quality, scalability, stability, and development speed.

• Translating strategic ambitions into an actionable roadmap and finding the right balance between innovation, technical debt, and operational reliability.

What we are looking for
You feel at home in a complex platform environment and know how to connect technology, business, and customer value. Additionally, you bring the following:

• At least 4 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager.

• Experience with digital platforms, SaaS products, or customer platforms and an affinity for software architecture and technical issues.

• Experience with stakeholder management within a complex organization and an analytical, data-driven way of working.

• You understand how modern platforms, APIs, identity solutions, and cloud environments work, without having to be a developer yourself.

• You dare to make choices, set priorities, and translate strategic ambitions into a clear roadmap.
