The role

Do you want to contribute to digital customer solutions that truly make an impact? As an Application Analyst Customer Apps, you will play a key role in the further development of our digital customer channels and, with them, our digital calling card

Everything our customers view online comes together in our customer apps: from viewing contracts to gaining insight into energy consumption and utilizing our digital services. The customer portal plays a central role in this. You ensure that these applications work well, are pleasant to use, and are constantly being improved.

You are the first point of contact for incidents, user questions, and change requests. With your analytical eye, you quickly identify the core of a problem and translate it into sustainable, practical solutions. In doing so, you work closely with colleagues from, among others, Sales, Operations, Product Management, and Development to implement improvements that contribute to an optimal digital customer experience.

Within the Customer Apps team, we go beyond traditional application management. We work in a product-oriented manner, with ownership, customer value, and continuous improvement as our starting point. You translate business needs into clear functional requirements, guide testing processes, support releases, and ensure that changes land successfully within the organization.

With your work, you have a direct influence on how customers experience Scholt Energy digitally. You help design processes more intelligently, further optimize systems, and actively contribute to the future of our digital customer platform.

What you'll do

You are an analytical and communicatively strong professional with a completed higher professional education (HBO), for example in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a similar field. You have experience with application management, functional analysis, or business analysis and feel at home in an environment where collaboration, ownership, and improvement are central. You translate complex issues effortlessly into concrete solutions, while easily switching between business and IT.

Why us?

  • An organization with a clear vision: climate neutral energy for all companies. We support our customers and partners in the energy transition. We are ambitious, but at the same time realistic about what is achievable.
  • An open, involved, and professional company culture: a personal approach is paramount with us, but at the same time we remain professional and focused. We find it important that colleagues enjoy their work, and with an eNPS (employee satisfaction) of no less than +37, we know how to achieve this together.
  • Job satisfaction as a fixed part of your job.
We celebrate successes. We do this by, among other things, closing every work week with a drink, organizing various sports events, an annual team activity, and an international company outing with colleagues from all our countries. You choose what you like and what you want to join.
  • An international team that welcomes you.
Driven colleagues from different countries who look forward to your knowledge, ideas, and energy.
  • With us, you create your own opportunities.
Those who show initiative and want to grow can achieve what they want. You determine the pace and the direction; we provide the possibilities. There is no fixed training budget: every training, education, or course that makes you stronger in your role and contributes to our collective ambitions, we support fully. In 2025, no fewer than 102 colleagues moved internally to a new position — simply because they seized their opportunities and shaped their own path.
  • Attractive employment conditions.
Including holiday allowance, a worry-free pension, a bicycle plan, and 28 vacation days, with the possibility to purchase up to 5 extra days with full-time employment.
  • Flexible working with personal connection.
Start your day between 7:00 and 9:00 AM. You work at least three days per week in the office and the rest you can (if desired) work from home. For this, you receive a home office allowance and €250 to set up your home workspace as you wish. You receive this allowance regardless of whether you have already set up your home workspace or not.
