As a Product Manager at Scholt Energy, you are responsible for the success of one or more products within our portfolio. You identify commercial opportunities, translate customer needs into concrete solutions, and ensure that products continue to align with developments within the energy market. You will receive a great deal of responsibility and the freedom to make decisions independently, while continuously seeking the right balance between customer value, commercial impact, and operational feasibility.

You work intensively with colleagues from various disciplines and fulfill a connecting role between business, operations, and technology. By bringing together market developments, customer insights, and internal expertise, you contribute directly to the further growth and professionalization of Scholt Energy.

• HBO or WO working and thinking level; 
• At least five years of experience within product management, preferably within a complex technical or energy-related environment; 
• Experience with the end-to-end management of products or propositions; 
• Experience with developing product roadmaps and setting priorities; 
• The ability to bring together commercial opportunities, customer needs, and operational possibilities; 
• Strong communication skills and experience with stakeholder management; 
• An entrepreneurial and result-oriented attitude; 
• A strong focus on customer value and continuous improvement; 
• Good command of the Dutch and English languages.
