You will join a young and ambitious team of approximately 23 colleagues, with an average age of around 35. The atmosphere is informal, the lines are short, and there is great technical curiosity. At Interoplab, real technology enthusiasts work: people who love to understand how something works, share knowledge, and get excited about new developments.
We love to roll up our sleeves, take responsibility, and give each other the space to show initiative. At the same time, we find collaboration important. We help each other further, are open to ideas, and love colleagues who not only say what they are going to do but actually deliver on it. A healthy dose of energy, humor, and a little competition certainly belongs there.
We also seek each other out outside of work. From joint activities around food to our Friday afternoon drinks to end the week and the annual winter sports trip. We are a team that loves to work together, but also to have fun together. Also check out our 'welcome to Interoplab' page: where you can learn even more about us.
