Provide direction to our applications as an Application Analyst EBASE

As an Application Analyst EBASE, you are responsible for the stable and future-proof functioning of our business applications, with a focus on EBASE. You are the first point of contact for incidents and changes and continuously maintain an overview of impact, priority, and dependencies within the organization. With your in-depth EBASE knowledge, strong analytical eye, and affinity for design, you contribute directly to stable, scalable, and future-proof systems.

You investigate incidents, identify underlying problems, and translate organizational needs into concrete, applicable solution directions within EBASE. Thanks to your sense for both process and screen design (UI flows, logic, structure), you are able to realize improvements that are not only functional but also user-friendly. You coordinate with end users, partners, and internal stakeholders and document changes clearly. In this role, you actively contribute to the further professionalization of EBASE within Scholt Energy.

• A completed bachelor's degree, such as business administration, computer science, or a similar field.
• At least one year of relevant work experience within application management, business analysis, or system changes.
• Demonstrable and extensive knowledge of EBASE (must).
• Affinity with design: you can think along regarding screen design, UI flows, and functional structure within applications.
• Experience or knowledge in the field of IT service management and system changes.
• Strong analytical ability and the skill to accurately fathom problems.
• An advisory mindset: you translate the needs of end users into clear, achievable EBASE solutions.
• Result-driven and solution-oriented thinking, with an eye for priority and user impact.
• Communicative strength: you switch effortlessly between end users, technical teams, and management.
• Accurate documentation and testing skills, with which you fully secure changes and transfer them clearly.
