What we're looking for
- At least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role within software or platform development
- Demonstrable experience with complex product backlogs and implementation programs
- Strong experience in gathering and structuring requirements and translating these into clear PBIs
- The ability to break down complex projects into small, achievable, and valuable steps
- Experience with roadmap development, prioritization, and MVP thinking
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Good command of Dutch and English
- A structured, pragmatic, and result-oriented way of working
- You get things done and think in solutions: "What is possible?"
- You enjoy collaborating with developers and various multidisciplinary teams, without being a team manager
- Experience with software implementations within a B2B environment is a plus.
- Experience as a Product Owner within Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Dynamics CRM or similar CRM platforms is also of interest.

What you'll do

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner for the further development and rollout of a B2B CRM platform across multiple brands. You form the link between business, implementation teams, and development, and ensure structure, prioritization, and progress. You are the owner of the product backlog and roadmap and work closely with the Project Manager on a successful implementation.
What will you do?
- Managing, structuring, and prioritizing the product backlog
- Translating business needs and problems into clear epics, features, and PBIs
- Breaking down large epics into achievable and valuable phases using story mapping
- Drafting and continuously adjusting the product roadmap in collaboration with the Platform Lead and stakeholders
- Preparing and guiding User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Monitoring scope, priorities, and dependencies between different teams
- Collaborating with development teams to ensure work items are clear and actionable
- Supporting implementations across different brands and ensuring a structured rollout
- Facilitating decision-making regarding priorities, MVP definitions, and roadmap choices
- Identifying risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement
- Creating transparency regarding progress, dependencies, and planning towards stakeholders
