Application Analyst Fixation

Get your IT career moving! As an Application Analyst fixation you are the central point of contact for the entire Fixation process. 

As an Application Analyst for the Fixation App, you are the connecting link between business and IT. You work closely with an internal development team of three developers and one product owner. Together, you ensure that the Fixation App is continuously developed and improved. At the same time, you represent the team towards the business and users, clearly aligning wishes, possibilities, and priorities.

You immerse yourself fully in the fixation process, so that you can act as the subject matter expert for questions about the application that supports this important process within Scholt. Additionally, you are responsible for the daily support of the application and you monitor the ITIL processes within the team. You analyze and track incidents, requests, and questions, and always ensure a fast, appropriate solution.

Together with the business, you map out needs and opportunities for improvement and translate these into concrete improvement initiatives for the Fixation App. In this way, you make a direct contribution to the further development of an application that plays an important role in our service delivery.

With the Fixation App, we advise clients in the long term about fixing parts of their portfolio. You thereby support an essential process within our business operations and contribute directly to our customer-oriented service delivery.
