Product Owner

• Completed HBO or WO degree relevant to IT/management.

• At least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner in an agile/scrum environment.

• Experience with nearshore/offshore teams and software development methods such as DevOps, Agile/Scrum, Microsoft Azure.

• Decisive, customer-oriented, analytically strong, and communicatively skilled in Dutch and English.

• Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work with changing priorities.

• Team player who can organize work effectively and maintain an overview.

Product Owner

Almere | 32-40 hours per week

As a Product Owner at Infomedics, you are the bridge between business and IT. You translate ideas and wishes from stakeholders into concrete solutions that improve our IT services. Through your work, you contribute directly to more efficient and secure processes in healthcare. You ensure that development teams have clarity on what they are working on and why, and that our IT services remain future-proof and customer-oriented.

You are responsible for translating the digital strategy into concrete products and IT solutions. You guide development teams, monitor quality, and continuously keep stakeholders informed. In this way, you deliver a direct impact on the organization and the quality of care our customers can provide.

• Managing the product roadmap and prioritizing tasks based on customer and organizational needs.

• Translating ideas and wishes into features and user stories that align with strategic goals.

• Facilitating development teams with clear acceptance criteria and guiding sprints (definition of ready).

• Monitoring the quality of IT services via SLAs and regular evaluations with stakeholders.

• Stakeholder management: acting as the point of contact for various stakeholders, translating interests, and monitoring collaboration.

• A decisive role in building and developing a multidisciplinary IT team.

• Direct impact on our digital strategy and future IT services.

• Salary between €6,200 - €6,500 gross per month based on 40 hours, depending on experience and background. This is not an absolute range, but a good indication;

• Travel allowance (€0.23 per km) or NS Business Card (100% reimbursement).
