Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst, you translate strategic, tactical, and operational objectives into concrete solutions in the areas of systems, processes, and organization. You map out the needs of stakeholders, analyze business processes, and identify opportunities for improvement. In doing so, you act as a connecting link between the business, information provision, management, and board, and you guide changes from analysis to implementation.

You work closely with various teams within Portfolio Management, including Transaction & Position Management, Forecasting, Settlement & Analysis, and Flex Operations. With your analytical eye and strong communication skills, you create support and realize sustainable improvements. Additionally, you actively contribute to the further professionalization of Scholt Energy by optimizing processes, systems, and change trajectories.

• A completed degree at an academic level, for example in the field of business economics, finance, or a technical study.  
• At least three years of relevant work experience as a Business Analyst or in a comparable position in the energy sector
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to grasp complex issues. 
• Experience with analyzing processes, inventorying needs, and translating these into practical solutions.  
• Knowledge of process optimization, project-based working, and organizational change. 
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at different levels. 
• A proactive, solution-oriented, and result-oriented attitude. 
• The ability to work independently while simultaneously creating connections between different departments.
