Because we find it important that residents have a meaningful day on all days of the week, flexibility regarding working days (including weekends according to the roster) and working hours (including evening activities) is a requirement. Naturally, agreements will be made regarding this in consultation.
Are you that artistic, musical, creative multi-talent who can make a difference for our residents? Then we are looking for you.
Do you find it a challenge to be able to make a difference for our residents and do you like to contribute your part to an optimal experience of their day? The activities coordinator's most important task is shaping the daily activities. You are able to guide the support needs of residents and translate them into person-centered activities that contribute to a pleasant atmosphere and living environment for residents. You provide both group activities and individual activities for residents. These primarily take place in our living room, the restaurant, and outdoors.
You contribute to the creation of the integrated care plan, including through participation in multidisciplinary consultations. You supervise volunteers and interns and provide them with instructions regarding the activities. You also identify needs and specifics regarding the well-being of the residents and work closely with the care team. You do this, among other things, by providing support during mealtimes. You also participate in (work) meetings and think along about possible improvements.

Our residents live in a spacious two-room apartment where they receive (complex) somatic nursing care. With us, you will find yourself in a dynamic working environment, where employees are encouraged to think along about changes and improvements in care.
With our team, we try with great enthusiasm and pleasure to collectively make the residents' lives as enjoyable as possible. Residents receive support with care and treatment, but also with realizing a meaningful daily routine such as they were used to at home. We challenge each other to deliver more quality and to make a difference together.
