• you are authorized and competent in medication and nursing technical procedures;

As a Healthcare Assistant (IG), you care for residents and perform nursing technical procedures. For example, you assist with washing, dressing, and toilet visits, administer medication, and perform wound care and injections, among other tasks. In doing so, you always look at what someone can and wants to do themselves.

You notice changes in residents, take action when necessary, and of course, also make time for attention and a chat.

In the flexpool, you have a lot of freedom:

• you choose your own shifts via the schedule;

• you work in different nursing homes;

• you get to know different residents and teams;

• you can count on clear planning and support.

You work in various nursing homes of Stichting Humanitas in Rotterdam and the surrounding area. The location and the team may change, but one thing remains the same: attention to the resident and space to provide good care.

You are reliable, independent, and enjoy working in different locations. You adapt easily and take responsibility for the care you provide.

• a contract of 0-24 hours per week. Do you want to work more? By combining working in our nursing homes with working in the community, more hours may be possible;

• a salary according to CAO VVT, FWG 35: € 16.89 to € 22.18 gross per hour;

• 8% holiday allowance and 8.33% end-of-year bonus;

• have extra worked hours paid out OR save them for extra free time;

• pension accrual via PFZW;
