What we're looking for

For this position, we are looking for an enthusiastic colleague who possesses a valid BIG registration as a nurse.
Acute situations and sometimes a high workload do not deter you, because alongside chronic care, patients are quite ill and complex situations arise.
Preferably, you have some work experience/life experience, but we also cordially invite young qualified colleagues to apply, provided you have completed a hospital internship during your training.
You are willing to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
You have good social skills and can function well both independently and in a team. Additionally, you are stress-resistant and collegial. You actively participate in various working groups and focus areas with the aim of continuously improving care.
You are stress-resistant, work methodically, and maintain an overview in complex situations.
You are a driven and accurate nurse who enjoys collaborating and wants to further develop within a specialist environment.

What you'll do

As a nurse, you independently coordinate and realize patient-centered care, in collaboration with colleagues, doctors, and other disciplines. The position of nurse offers a varied package of technical procedures, care, and guidance. Furthermore, you contribute to quality monitoring, the promotion of expertise, and the professionalization of the nursing profession, with the aim of continuously improving care.

You will get the opportunity to follow specialized training in the various fields of your preference. Therefore, there are sufficient challenges and development opportunities.

About the company & team

The Internal Medicine Clinic consists of various specialties, in which we are collectively, but also in subteams, responsible for the care of 58 patients. The department has the following patient groups:

Hematology
Oncology
Nephrology
Geriatrics
Infectious Diseases
Endocrinology

The atmosphere within the team is collegial and we look out for one another by supporting each other with questions or tasks. Even after the eight-week induction period, you will receive a buddy who will guide you for one year.
