Care and Welfare Assistant - hours in consultation

Do you already have experience in care, but no diploma yet? And do you have a warm heart for the elderly, an eye for what people need, and do you enjoy working together in a team? Then we would love to meet you.

As a care and welfare assistant, you support our residents with their daily care. For example, you help with washing and dressing, support during meals, and pay attention to what a resident needs to feel comfortable. You keep a close eye on how someone is doing and coordinate your activities with your colleagues. You work in rotating shifts; during the day and in the evening.

• The location is easily accessible by tram and bus

• You have experience in elderly care, but no care diploma yet

• You are available for at least 1 evening shift per week (from 2:30 PM) and on weekends (including during the day)

• You work carefully and are friendly and respectful in your interactions with residents and colleagues

• You are willing to follow additional schooling or training

• Salary in FWG 20 CAO VVT, up to a maximum of € 3,064.53 gross per month based on a 36-hour work week

• Pension accrual at Pensioenfonds Zorg & Welzijn, 8% holiday allowance and 8.33% end-of-year bonus over the hours worked

• Irregularity allowance (ORT) of 22% to 60%, depending on your shift

• A personal training and development plan
