• Salary in FWG 45 CAO VVT up to max. €4,245.84 gross per month based on a 36-hour work week 

• Pension accrual at Pensioenfonds Zorg & Welzijn, 8% holiday allowance and 8.33% end-of-year bonus  

• Personal training and/or development plan  

• Saffier has an active staff association of which you are automatically a free member  

• You are entitled to an allowance if you work irregular shifts (ORT). The percentage depends on the time at which you work an ORT shift. The percentages vary from 22% to 60%

Domus Nostra is a residential and expertise center for residents with Korsakov's syndrome, or a related disorder. In Domus Nostra, residents vary in age from 40 to 75 years. The starting point in guidance is the empathic directive approach, a method developed by Saffier to guide people with Korsakov's syndrome as well as possible. Domus Nostra is an inspiring work environment, where personal initiative, personal responsibility, self-reflection, and team spirit are of great importance.
