The role

We are looking for reinforcement for the internal recruitment team of a national retail organization. You will be working at the head office, together with three fellow recruiters.

You will be given the freedom not only to execute recruitment, but also to strengthen and provide direction to its content. Think of improving processes, thinking along about strategy, and building a strong employer brand.

What you will do

Writing, publishing, and managing vacancies
Actively approaching candidates via LinkedIn and other networks
Conducting introductory interviews and guiding candidates
Supporting and advising hiring managers
Building employer branding and visibility together with marketing
Proposing initiatives to make recruitment smarter and more effective
Thinking along about the recruitment strategy and how this organization positions itself as an employer

What you bring

HBO working and thinking level
1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
Availability between 32-40 hours
You work independently, maintain an overview, and think ahead
You communicate smoothly with different people in the organization
You sense what works and what can be improved
You think not only in actions, but also in approach: you dare to advise and propose improvements
And you love an environment with freedom, ownership, and short lines of communication
