Corporate Recruiter

• A salary between €2,800 and €3,500 gross per month on a full-time basis, depending on your knowledge and experience;

• A generous training budget: up to one gross monthly salary net per year for training and development;

• 28 vacation days and 8.5% holiday allowance, with the possibility to purchase 5 extra vacation days;

• An annual bonus of a maximum of 6% of the annual salary;

• After your onboarding period, the possibility to work from home one day per week;

• One work week per year the possibility to work from abroad;

As a Corporate Recruiter at ABF, you will receive an independent recruitment role with plenty of variety. One day you are writing a job vacancy text or actively searching for scarce talent, the next day you are conducting interviews or discussing an offer with a candidate. You are involved in the entire recruitment process and are given the space to further develop yourself in the profession.

You will become part of our HR team and work closely within recruitment with our other Corporate Recruiter and the HR Manager. We are looking for someone who likes to take responsibility, shows initiative, and gets energy from finding and exciting the right people for ABF.

ABF has clear growth ambitions and recruitment plays an important role in making them a reality. You help ensure that we not only reach enough candidates, but especially find the right people for ABF.

In addition, recruitment for us goes beyond filling a vacancy. A good candidate experience, strong collaboration with hiring managers, and the visibility of ABF in the labor market are at least as important. Do you see opportunities to make our approach smarter or better? Then you will be given the space to introduce those ideas and help realize them.

• You independently manage your assigned vacancies and guide the recruitment process from start to finish;

• You write engaging vacancy texts and choose the right channels to reach the target group;

• You actively search for talent via LinkedIn, job boards, and other recruitment channels and approach candidates directly;

• You assess applications, conduct screenings and interviews, and ensure a personal and professional candidate experience;

• You work closely with hiring managers and support them throughout the recruitment process;

• You make job offers and discuss employment conditions with candidates, in coordination with the hiring manager and HR Manager;

• You keep Recruitee and the recruitment administration in order and monitor the progress of your vacancies;

• You maintain recruitment data and KPIs and identify opportunities and points for improvement;

• You actively contribute to employer branding and think along about how we can make ABF more visible in the labor market;

You do not need to have years of experience yet to be successful with us. We are primarily looking for someone who already knows the basics of recruitment, can pick up vacancies independently, and wants to further develop themselves in the profession.
