We are looking for a driven recruiter who makes a difference nationwide by actively searching for talent, working together with the other recruiters on the team, and acting as backup. Additionally, you are the fixed point of contact for managers in the distribution centers and within Lidl Online International Logistics (LOIL) regarding recruitment and selection. As a recruiter, you fall under the Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding department. The department consists of 3 teams; this position is part of the region team. This team consists of a coordinator, 7 specialists, and 5 assistants. Additionally, there is a team focusing on the Lidl Campus (HQ) and an Employer Branding team. As a recruiter, you are responsible for:

• Proactive searching & talent sourcing: You map out the market and search for suitable candidates via various online channels and databases.
• Point of contact R&S: You are the substantive point of contact for managers within the distribution center and LOIL for all recruitment and selection issues.
• Backup: You act as backup for the other recruiters during peak moments or absences and stand ready to take over tasks nationwide where demand is highest.
• The perfect match: You perform the pre-selection, conduct (telephone) interviews, and actively participate in the selection process.
• The recruitment process from A to Z: You manage recruitment pipelines and arrange the handling and approval of vacancy requests.
• Networking and relationship management: You maintain contacts with external agencies and represent Lidl with enthusiasm at recruitment events and fairs.
• Data and projects: You monitor KPIs, analyze the effectiveness of recruitment, and participate in cool projects within Talent Acquisition.
• Carefulness: You ensure that the handling of CVs and personal data always proceeds strictly according to privacy guidelines and recruitment codes.
