We work as a mobile recruitment department for SME companies that are stuck with recruitment. As an extension of the team, we bring calm, structure, and ownership.

Before we sit down at a company's table, someone is needed who can sense: does this fit or not?
That is you.

This is not a side job. This is a role for someone who consciously chooses part-time and wants to grow with Peper & Co.

You establish contact with SME entrepreneurs and companies that might fit with Peper & Co and conduct short introductory interviews. You listen well, ask follow-up questions, and quickly see where the friction lies.

You make it clear what someone is looking for and determine whether we fit that. You only move forward with conversations that are substantively worthwhile.

We don't grow on volume, but on trust. We love clear agreements and short lines.
And we would rather have five good conversations than twenty that lead nowhere.

If the work allows for it, you also assist with sourcing. This way, you truly get to know a part of our services and understand what lies behind those conversations.

You have HBO (higher professional education) level of work and thought and experience in a professional working environment. You have a good command of the Dutch language, both orally and in writing, and communicate easily at different levels.

You are curious, ask questions, and think critically. You signal what is needed and set it in motion. You get energy from solving problems and derive satisfaction from achieving results.

You seek substance, not commercial pressure. You communicate calmly and clearly and can also say no if something doesn't fit. You consciously choose part-time work and want to grow in insight and responsibility.

• part-time role, up to 24 hours per week

• salary €2,700 - €3,300 based on a 40-hour work week

• working from the Rotterdam office (public transport practically at the door)

• 25 vacation days pro rata

• on your birthday: an extra day off

This role is not about selling, persuading, or closing. You guard the front end. You ensure that conversations are well-prepared, appropriate, and meaningful, so that your colleague only joins in when it is right.
