Recruitment Partner

• Salary up to €3,500 gross per month (40 hours) based on education and work experience

What you are going to do with us

You will participate in RPO and W&S projects, under the guidance of a Recruitment Business Partner. You work from the candidate's perspective. You speak to people who have something to offer, even if there isn't a vacancy for them yet. You think ahead, see opportunities, and establish contact with companies where someone could truly fit. Not a standard approach, but ensuring you find the right fit for the long term. Additionally, you will work together with our marketer on job marketing, visibility, content, and employer branding. You know that recruitment is not just about filling vacancies, but about establishing the right, long-lasting connections. Together, we build a sustainable network of companies and candidates who truly help each other grow.
