Project Manager Recruitment (32-40 hours)

Are you commercially minded and do you have experience or an affinity for recruitment?

In this role, you combine recruitment and account management. You are responsible for your own clients, projects, and candidates from intake to onboarding.

• Translating client needs into an effective recruitment strategy.
• Building and maintaining a network of technical professionals.
• Conducting interviews and guiding candidates through every phase of the process.
• Thinking along regarding personnel issues.
• Identifying commercial opportunities and further developing relationships.

In short: you run your own projects with the freedom to determine for yourself how you achieve results.

You have experience or an affinity for recruitment but want more than just the inside of the process. More influence, more contact, more entrepreneurship.
