Since 2014, we have provided Virtual Data Room software, and in less than three years, we have developed into a market leader within the Benelux. Our ambition is to set the highest standard in M&A software and to help our clients make their processes more efficient, productive, and successful.
As a Recruiter, you are responsible for the full recruitment process within Virtual Vaults. You help hiring managers make better hiring decisions and contribute to increasing the quality, predictability, and professionalism of recruitment.
You are a full-fledged sparring partner for HR and hiring managers. You advise and question stakeholders regarding actual staffing needs, job profiles, selection criteria, labor market developments, and future talent needs. The business remains responsible for final workforce planning. You translate this need into a realistic recruitment approach, concrete planning, and clear expectations.
At the same time, you remain close to the execution. You conduct intakes, write vacancies, source and speak with candidates, and monitor the process from request to offer. In doing so, you combine labor market knowledge, data, and stakeholder management with a professional and personal candidate experience.
Furthermore, you understand that growth in one part of the organization can have consequences for other teams. For example, expansion within Sales can influence the capacity and required staffing within the Customer Success Team. You make these dependencies visible and include them in your advice.
Conducting thorough job intakes in which you gain sharp clarity on the business need, the desired result of the role, and the most important selection criteria.
Advising and constructively questioning hiring managers and senior stakeholders throughout the entire recruitment process.
Translating current and future staffing needs into concrete recruitment plans, priorities, and forecasts.
Writing, testing, and optimizing vacancy texts and recruitment campaigns for various target groups.
Actively sourcing, approaching, screening, and guiding candidates for diverse positions, including roles within Sales and Customer Success.
Coordinating the full recruitment process and monitoring planning, progress, decision-making, and key milestones.
Collecting and analyzing recruitment data, including Time to Hire and Cost per Hire, and translating these into concrete actions and improvements.
Professionalizing and optimizing recruitment processes, tooling, and working methods.
Ensuring a consistent, professional, and personal candidate experience.
Strengthening the positioning of Virtual Vaults in the labor market by contributing to employer branding and recruitment marketing.
Advising on international recruitment issues, including visa hires and the 30% ruling.
You are a recruiter who can think strategically and at the same time enjoys handling the execution yourself. You oversee the entire recruitment process, set priorities, and take responsibility for its progress and quality.
You ask targeted questions, bring together different perspectives, interests, and risks, and translate these into clear and substantiated advice. In doing so, you do not simply need to convince stakeholders. You help them reach a better decision based on relevant information, data, and labor market knowledge.
You work in a structured and result-oriented manner, but do not lose sight of the human side of recruitment. You communicate clearly, dare to give critical advice, and know how to translate feedback or raw data into positive, concrete, and achievable actions.
You take ownership, ask relevant questions, and dare to give substantiated and critical advice to hiring managers and the HR team.
You actively seek collaboration, share information, and involve others when their expertise is needed. You also dare to indicate when you do not know something yet.
You focus on what demonstrably adds value. You monitor progress and use data and feedback to continuously improve the quality of recruitment.
You work carefully, set high standards for the quality of the recruitment process, and are open to feedback. You use AI and other technology intentionally to make the work better and more efficient.
You bring positive energy and feel at home in a professional, ambitious, and at the same time open organization.
