Housing Advisor

Within the Real Estate and Housing department of Medisch Spectrum Twente, we are looking for a practical and proactive advisor. You will work on diverse issues, such as space layouts, internal moves, interior design, and space management.

No two days are the same. One day you are discussing with a manager how a department can be better laid out, the next day you are working out a layout proposal or working out the practical consequences of a relocation plan.

As a Housing Advisor, you are the point of contact for housing questions within MST. You translate user wishes into practical, feasible, and affordable solutions.
In doing so, you work independently, but always in close cooperation with colleagues from Real Estate and Housing and other departments within MST.

Your role

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

· Inventorying housing needs and advising managers and users.

· Drafting Programs of Requirements, layout proposals, and relocation plans.

· Assessing and advising on desirability and feasibility.

· Advising on layout, workstations, and interior within the applicable standards.

· Supporting rental and user agreements.

· Coordinating with internal and external parties.

· Improving and digitizing processes.

You will be given the space to take charge of topics and take ownership.

We are looking for a broadly oriented housing professional who switches easily between advising, organizing, analyzing, and realizing.

You maintain an overview, see connections, and think beyond the individual request. When issues repeat, you look for smarter ways of working, standards, or processes. In doing so, you operate at the intersection of tactical and strategic housing management.

Additionally, you actively contribute to the further professionalization of Housing, for example in the areas of space management, workplace standards, digitalization, and management information.
