The role

Are you an advisor who loves to dive into the world of pavements, data, maintenance strategies, and asset management? Do you get energy from solving complex issues and advising clients who rely on your expertise? For our Infra Asset Management department, we are looking for an advisor who contributes to future-proof infrastructure.

What you'll do

In this role, you will work on challenging projects regarding the realization, management, and maintenance of pavements. You:

Dimension pavements for roads, airfields, container terminals, parking and staging areas, industrial floors, etc.;
Analyze the condition, lifespan, and risks of pavements and other assets;
Advise clients on maintenance measures,
Strategies, optimizations, and budgets;
Translate data and inspection results into clear advice and actionable plans;
Work on EMVI (MEAT) procedures, multi-year maintenance plans, and improvement projects;
Collaborate with project leaders, advisors, inspectors, measurement vehicle operators, and specialists;
Have an active role in knowledge development within the team.

This is a role with depth: you switch between content, strategy, and practice. Your advice has a direct impact on large infrastructure networks used daily by the whole of the Netherlands.

Functie-eisen

You are someone who:

Has experience as an advisor within civil engineering, preferably in pavements or asset management;
Is strong in analyzing, structuring, and substantiating choices;
Makes complex issues clear and translates them into practical solutions;
Proactively sees opportunities and thinks along regarding improvements;
Has a HBO or WO degree, for example in civil engineering or technical business administration; - enjoys working in an environment where you are intellectually challenged.
