ANIOS Dermatology

Do you want to gain experience in dermatology as a junior doctor and work in a large top-clinical hospital? As an ANIOS Dermatology within our hospital, you will see unfiltered cases in the outpatient clinic and conduct your own consultations independently. You will treat both outpatient patients and consultations from the ward. Additionally, you will be involved in scientific, innovative research taking place in the department.

You will get your own minor procedures clinic. You will learn to independently prescribe and follow up on systemic medication and biologicals. Additionally, you will participate in multidisciplinary consultations and contribute to new protocols. You will also be actively involved in supervising medical interns and technical medicine students.

You will become part of a close-knit and collegial team within one of the largest top-clinical hospitals in the Netherlands. The Dermatology department consists of 4 dermatologists, 4 ANIOS, and 20 experienced medical assistants. There is a lot of mutual, inter-, and intradisciplinary collaboration, with a weekly 'week closing' in which interesting cases are discussed.

We are actively involved in several MDTs, such as the Head and Neck Tumor MDT, complex ulcers, and the monthly immunology discussion with rheumatology, ophthalmology, and gastroenterology. Additionally, regional PA discussions take place 6 times a year.

• A completed degree in Medicine and BIG registration as a junior doctor

• An enthusiastic, eager-to-learn, and flexible working attitude

• Preferably experience with dermatology (for example, via a previous ANIOS position or final clinical rotation)

• Collegiality, communication skills, and team spirit
