Technical Manager

As a manager, you are responsible for the technical management of a portion of our real estate portfolio. You ensure that maintenance work is carried out efficiently and that our buildings remain safe, functional, and attractive for our residents. Your responsibilities include:

• You assess and coordinate maintenance reports and oversee proper execution.
• You direct contractors and suppliers and monitor the quality of maintenance work.
• You inspect complexes, identify areas for improvement, and translate these into appropriate measures.
• You advise colleagues on technical issues and contribute to maintenance plans and budgets.
• You are the point of contact for residents, suppliers, and colleagues.

SSH is a student housing provider with approximately 19,000 units in locations including Utrecht, Groningen, Rotterdam, Zwolle, and Tilburg. We provide student housing close to educational institutions for all students. But we do more than just provide housing. • An MBO+ or HBO working and thinking level, preferably in a technical direction.
• Experience in maintenance or real estate management.
• Technical knowledge combined with a practical approach.
• Strong communication skills and a solution-oriented attitude.
• A proactive attitude and a sense of ownership.
• A B driver's license is useful.

• A one-year contract of 36 hours per week with the intention to convert this into a permanent contract;
• A gross monthly salary between € 3,631.00 and € 4,563.00 based on 36 hours according to scale G of the Woondiensten collective labor agreement;

• 8% holiday allowance and a 4% end-of-year bonus;
• Travel allowance or mobility card;
• Excellent pension scheme - 2/3 of pension accrual is contributed by us;
