Organizing the quality, availability, and continuity of acute care in a good way - that is the mission of ROAZ Euregio. We work together across borders of countries and organizations, we look proactively at developments, and we tackle problems together. In this way, we ensure that a patient in the Euregio with an acute care need receives the right care at the right time and in the right place. Also in the event of disasters and crises.

Bureau Acute Zorg Euregio is the supporting office of the Regional Consultation Acute Care Chain (ROAZ) Euregio: a partnership of parties involved in acute care in Twente and the Oost-Achterhoek. Our team supports the ROAZ from an independent role. Our goals are to strengthen the cooperation between chain partners in our region and to coordinate the implementation of the ROAZ program. • You handle the planning, organization, and administrative processing of training sessions, congresses, symposia, and other meetings;

• You handle the setup of training sessions, congresses, symposia, and other meetings via the electronic learning environment, from assignment to certificate;

• You support the advisors and, if necessary, the manager of Bureau Acute Zorg Euregio in the organization and reporting of expert groups and other consultation structures from the various portfolios;

• You make (complex) appointments on behalf of and for the advisors and, if necessary, for the manager of Bureau Acute Zorg Euregio;

• You organize meetings and gatherings and participate in them, where necessary;

• You take minutes for meetings and ensure that agendas and reports are sent out in a timely manner;

• You participate in the provision of external communication;

• You handle business correspondence; drafting letters, reports, memos, and reports, and you monitor the corporate identity during this process. You manage (together with the colleagues from the secretariat) the general e-mailbox and ensure that emails go to the right place;

• You ensure orderly archiving of documents according to standards.

• You have an MBO+/HBO working and thinking level and extensive relevant work experience;

• You have an affinity with healthcare;

• You can structure and prioritize matters well. Under time pressure, you continue to work in a structured and accurate manner;

• You have a proactive attitude, think in solutions, and possess a result-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset;

• You are tactful, assertive, organizationally sensitive, and customer-oriented;

• You are communicatively skilled and master the Dutch language flawlessly. Some proficiency in the German language is a plus;

• You can work excellently with MS-Office 365;

• You are available at least on Monday-Wednesday-Thursday. Additionally, you are flexibly deployable on Tuesday when your duties require it. Occasionally, your availability may also be requested during evening hours.
