• Gross monthly salary between €5,085 and €6,230 depending on your work experience, variable performance bonus, a fixed expense allowance, and a fixed work-from-home allowance per worked day.

As Manager Real Estate Public Sector - Strategy & Operations, you will be involved in multiple challenging projects within the public sector. You will develop and research strategic housing plans for ministries, help government organizations develop their real estate strategy, and support governments, market parties, and housing associations in improving collaboration on the housing dossier. You will work as independently as possible and ensure that your (sub)project runs smoothly. On a daily basis, you will coordinate with clients and colleagues regarding progress, write analyses and reports, and manage junior colleagues.
